The Friends of the Colby Memorial Library

The Friends of the Colby Memorial Library is a charitable organization comprised of members of the community who are passionate about the Library.  

Through donations and fundraising, the Friends of the Colby Memorial Library are able to offer the Library some supplemental funds for library programming, purchasing materials, and purchasing museum passes to local museums.  

The Friends meet on the third Saturday of each month, except for July and August, at 10 am at the library. Membership is $10 a year. Come join us or contact the library to learn how to join the Friends!

The Friends run several raffles a year including a Thanksgiving fresh turkey raffle and a summer Fourth of July Barbeque raffle. The Friends also sell premium chocolate bars from My Favorite Chocolate in Hampstead for $3.50 a bar. Three varieties are available.
